Processed at a facility using latest technology, our date paste is very consistent, soft, and smooth. The dates are deseeded and minced to a ready-to-use soft paste that passes through a filtration system assuring virtually pit free product.
We offer two types of high-quality date paste:
Deglet Nour Date Paste
Our Deglet Nour date paste is produced at our facility in California using carefully sourced dates from North Africa, the home for growing the finest quality of Deglet Nour. The paste produced is light brown, soft & smooth.
Zahidi Date Paste
Our Zahidi date paste is produced at our affiliate BRC certified facility in the Middle East using selected quality of Zahidi dates. The paste is light to dark brown, highly consistent, fine, smooth and easy to handle.
